Announcements

10th Anniversary Celebration - We will be celebrating 10 years together here at Faith Baptist Church on Sunday, September 12th. It will be a time of good food, fellowship, and music. We encourage everyone to come on out and join us for this joyous time. There is a signup sheet in the vestibule so that we may begin to get a rough idea of how many people we will have for lunch. Hope to see you all there!

Pictures Needed! - Ada Croke is working on a scrapbook with pictures of our church family activities to make a memory book for our 10th anniversary celebration. If you have any pictures that you would like to include please bring them to Ada here at church, making sure that they are labeled on the back as to what they are.

Faith Baptist Youth Bowl! - On Sunday, September 19th we will be hosting a youth bowl. They will be meeting here at the church at 2:00 p.m. to head over to York Bowl in the bus. They will be bowling from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. If you have someone who would like to attend please let us know so that we may get a head count. Flyers are available in the vestibule. Stewardship Meeting - There will be a meeting of the Stewardship Committee on Wednesday September 15th at 5:00 p.m. in the fellowship hall. We will be starting on the budget for 2011

so please plan to attend.

Deacons Meeting - The monthly Deacon's Meeting for this month will be held on Monday, September 13th at 7:00 p.m.

How To Unite With This Church

Faith Baptist Church receives Candidates for Membership at the end of every service during the time designated as the "Invitation". There are three ways that candidates are united with this church:

1. By profession of Faith in Christ as Savior and upon Believer's Baptism.

2. By transfer of membership from another church of like faith and practice.

3. By statement of Faith in Christ and having received Believer's

    Baptism on a prior occasion in another church.
